White Collar arms, legs, abs.

Do just one body part (arms, legs, or abs) or all three if you’re adventurous. My recommendation is to at least do the abs. Because obviously.

Mozzie has information, bemoans political or corporate power, or refers to "The Suit" or "Mrs. Suit"
          .....15 lateral raises
          .....15 forward leg lifts each side
          .....10 reverse crunches

Peter tells Neal to behave, reminds him of his situation, orders Neal to do something
          .....15 shoulder presses
          .....3x10 second wall sits
          .....20 Russian twists

Neal covertly does something to advance his own agenda behind Peter's back
          .....15 tricep pushups
          .....20 sumo squats
          .....20 oblique/side crunches each side

 Anyone eats, drinks, or sleeps
          .....10 push ups
          .....20 jumping jacks
          .....10 leg lifts
